Thence N 0° 25' 53” E, 330.61 feet;
Thence S 89° 56' 55” E, 515.39 feet;
Thence S 0°11'20” W, 473.41 feet to the Place of Beginning, and being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 12.
