NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 06, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003865 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM G. DUPREE A/K/A WILLIAM DUPREE; DEBRA LYNN DUPREE A/K/A DEBRA L DUPREE A/K/A DEBRA DUPREE A/K/A DEBBIE DUPREE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COLONIAL BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS DUPREE N/K/A CHRIS DUPREE N/K/A CHRIS DUPREE N/K/A CHRIS DUPREE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby 3rd FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 7 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 19, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 77 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 730 12TH AVENUE NW UNIT 19, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
