NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 06, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-011019 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and TIKAL INVESTMENT COMPANY - DISSOLVED LARYSA RUIZ; WALTER RUIZ; BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby 3rd FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 7 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2 BRISTOL PINES PHASE I ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, AT PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
