RADO; NICOLE M. RADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; WATERS EDGE SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 01/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
