NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-006243-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDER LXS 2007-16N, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. TSOMPANIDIS; KIMBERLY A. TSOMPANIDIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANK NICHOLSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 01/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
