Amended Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2012 nunc pro tunc October 3, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-002240-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4 is the Plaintiff, and, LECIA TOUT A/K/A LECIA J. TOUT A/KA LECIA F. TOUT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LECIA TOUT A/K/A LECIA J. TOUT A/KA LECIA F. TOUT; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE INC.; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TIFFANY TOUT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JASON TOUT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
