YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
LOT 102, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 26 through 29 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 10834 Claymont Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654.
A portion of Lot 101, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 26 through 29 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida , more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 101, thence run S 71º 46'55” W, 23.97'; thence run S 83º 25' 38” W, 21.41': thence run S 58º 56'55” W, 5.57': thence run N 88º 25' 30” W 35.38' to the Northwest corner of Lot 101.; thence run along the North boundary line of Lot 101, N 81º 59' 25” E, 85.00' to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before January 15, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
