KAISER, DECEASED HIS/HER RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT; AND THE AFOREMENTIONED NAMED DEFENDANT AND SUCH OF THE AFOREMENTIONED UNKNOWN DEFENDANT AND SUCH OF THE UNKNOWN NAMED DEFENDANT AS MAY BE INFANTS, INCOMPETENTS OR OTHERWISE NOT SUI JURIS,
including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lien holders, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendant as may be infants, incompetents, or otherwise not sui juris.

Unit 1309, 1350 main Residential Condominium, a Condominium according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records Instrument Number 2007034950 and all amendments thereto, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is 1/14/13, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
