Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1107, Building 11, Phase 5, ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH, SECTION I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument 2004147095, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2004171542, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004199025, and as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004199027, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004213259, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004213260, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004214636, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004216464, as amended by Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Instrument No.2004216465, and any amendments thereof, all recorded in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 7094 Prosperity Circle, #1107, Sarasota, FL 34238.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 01/04/2013. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
