NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012668 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-17, is Plaintiff, and, KLEIN, THOMAS, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, FORECLOSURE SALE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA THE INTERNET: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 31ST day of DECEMBER, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1978, OF THE 42ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 52, 52A THROUGH 52B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
