NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000327 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-80CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-80CB, Plaintiff, and, BRIAN BERNARD, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT 1111, PLAZA DE FLORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 1998126802 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGE 44, AND ALL
AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
