NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002919 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID G ZIETZ A/K/A DAVID G. ZIETZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID ZIETZ A/K/A DAVID G. ZIETZ N/K/A MEGAN SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID TROXELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 & 2, BLOCK B, OF PALMS VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, Page 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
