NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-010032 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFHM 2007-M11 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT RANKL; MICHELLE RANKL; LAKESIDE PLANTATION VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
