Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in Case No. 2012 CC 005133 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE OF SARASOTA, INC., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff and CARLOS DUQUE; JANE DOE, unknown spouse of CARLOS DUQUE; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, an occupant/tenant whose real name is not known; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, an occupant/tenant whose real name is not known; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming, by, through, under or against CARLOS DUQUE are the defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 2740-B, HIDDEN LAKE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1368, PAGES 1482 THRU 1546, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 16 THRU 16H, AS AMENDED, OF the public records of sarasota county, florida
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. Foreclosure sale to be conducted on the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 4, 2013.
