NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003719WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEEST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST, PETER L. HANNAN A/K/A PETER LANGLANDS HANNAN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER HANNAN; PETER HANNAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER L. HANNAN AKA PETER LANGLANDS HANNAN; NANCY HANNAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY HANNAN; JAMES HANNAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES HANNAN; DAVID HANNAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID HANNAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THRROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. TRACT 20 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF GRAYS HIGHLANDS BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, GO THENCE NORTH 80°54'47” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼, A DISTANCE OF 700 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 89°54'47” EAST, ALONG THE SAID NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼, A DISTANCE OF 1274.84 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 32°50'45” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 135.92 FEET; THENCE NORTH 86°22'39” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1155.38 FEET; THENCE NORTH 50°45'35” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 62.05 FEET TO THE POINT IF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 2.1 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. COUNTY OF PASCO, STATE OF FLORIDA, A/K/A PARCEL I.D. #32-24-17-0030-00000-0200.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
