NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 019752 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS FAJARDO, AURA FAJARDO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 9 day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 380, 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
