NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006489-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein PNMAC MORTGAGE CO., LLC11 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA A. NEHMER; CHRISTOPHER J. NEHMER A/K/A CHRISTOPHER NEHMER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION #I, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
