NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002311 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR33, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR33 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and JANICE C. SIEGEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE C. SIEGEL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 179, 2ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
