NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001558-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Billie Ruth Harris a/k/a Billie Harris, Surviving Spouse of Robert Lee Harris, Deceased are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF THE LAUREL HILL SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH ON THE WEST LINE OF SEC. 31, TWP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, 642.45 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF LILLY'S SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 250, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 88°37'20” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LILLY'S SUBDIVISION, 290 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 1°22'40” EAST, 135.38 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88°37'20” EAST, 43.31 FEET (CALLS 41.31 FEET) TO THE WESTERLY R/W LINE OF THE S A L RR.; THENCE SOUTH 12°25'30” EAST ALONG SAID RR R/W , 139.41 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LILLY'S SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 88°37'20” WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LILLY'S SUBDIVISION, 74.57 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO: AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED LAND TO BE USED IN COMMON WITH THE GRANTORS, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, ALONG A STRIP OF LAND, WHICH IS TAX PARCEL NO. 0383-05-0004, AND ACROSS PROPERTY, WHICH IS TAX PARCEL NO. 0383-05-0005, IT BEING AGREED THAT THE GRANTORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER MEANS OF ACCESS THERETO.
