NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-032810 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, Plaintiff, and, CARLOS GAVIRIA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk of courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2A-2, UNIT 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 240-269 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
