NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010867 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER OROURKE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT 6, RIVERCHASE CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ANY SUBSEQUENT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13532, PAGE 1320, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
