NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-022377 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVCING LP, Plaintiff, and, GINA NOEL, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 28, HERCHEL HEIGHTS REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
