NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-CA-012650 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, MIGNALY RIVERA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7, OF THE GROVES - NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
