NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-000661 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and JEAN C. LUBIN, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 19, IN BLOCK 2, WOODBERY ESTATES, ACCORDED TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED TI HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6669, PAGE 1479, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
