COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST ASSUMED ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST A DISTANCE OF 911.24 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING.
