NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027882 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOHN COSTIGLIOLA; BANKATLANTIC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST ASSUMED ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST A DISTANCE OF 911.24 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 166.25 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST 166.19 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 04 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 21 A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET. THE NORTH 25 FEET AND THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED AS AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. SAID TRACT LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
