ZAMBOUROS; CAROLINE R. ZAMBOUROS; MERCEDES LOPEZ AKA MERCEDES G LOPEZ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; BEACHWALK AT TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT WEISBURCK are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 06-102, BUILDING 5 OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED 05/03/2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14953, PAGE 1630, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUCH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME; SUBJECT TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2006 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT YEARS; ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS; AND ALL RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS AND MATTERS OF RECORD A/K/A 4306 BAYSIDE VILLAGE DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33615
