Final Judgment was awarded on January 27, 2012 nunc pro tunc September 8, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-022106, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, MEKONEN BEKELE; FIKIRTE T. ASHINE; BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on January 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
