A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF1, is the Plaintiff and Tammy Friend, Paul Friend, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Tenant # 1, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
