Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on November 21, 2012, in Case No. 09-CA-015604, Division H in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Brian C. Hecker, Tammy K. Hecker, Bank of America, N.A, Tenants #1 and #2, The Unknown Spouse of Brian C. Hecker, and The Unknown Spouse of Tammy K. Hecker are defendants, that on February 8, 2013, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN WEST 1690 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 3 DEGREES EAST, 134.2 FEET, THENCE NORTH 90 DEGREES WEST, 251 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF THE ALAFIA RIVER, THENCE NORTHERLY 138 FEET MORE OR LESS ALONG SAID RIVER TO NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 2 THENCE EST 211 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida
Being that parcel of land conveyed to Brian C. Hecker, a single man from Tammy K. Hecker, a single woman by that deed dated 09/19/1984 and recorded 06/28/1985 in Deed Book 4589. at Page 1221 of the HILLSBOROUGH County, FL Public Registry.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
