Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Second Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause on November 29, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
Condominium Unit L in Building No. 49 in Whispering Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, filed January 31, 2006, recorded in Official Records Book 16059, at Pages 616 through 723, as amended in Official Records Book 16106, Page 477, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as 13757 Juniper Blossom Drive #201, Tampa, Florida 33618; including the appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
