NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-016397 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, GERARDO BERNAL, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 15th day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, SMITH VIOLA REVISED MAP, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
