NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-013199-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEFFERY A. MOLLE and JENNIFER L. PARSONS-MOLLE are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 18, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK “D”, BRANDON BROOK, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
