NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 16, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CC-0009471-M of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MIGUEL ORTIZ, LUZ D. ORTIZ and UNKNOWN TENANT, are defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 11, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 45 Block B of Brandon Brook Phase VII, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81 at Page 1 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
