STEELE, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 31st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 53.00 FEET OF LOT 12, AND EAST 24.00 FEET OF LOT 13, IN BLOCK 25, OF GANDY GARDENS 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
