NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009378 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Alternative Note Asset Trust, Series 2007-OAR3 was the Plaintiff and MYRIAM AMARO, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 1, OF PLAZA TERRACE UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
