NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-007718 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MAST ALT TRUST 2007 HF1 was the Plaintiff and MARIO FERNANDO ROJAS GORDILLO, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 31st day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 16331, OF THE PROMENADE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16467, PAGE 202, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
