NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-012662 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RASC 2004KS5 was the Plaintiff and CARLOS GUTIERREZ, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 7, VERDIER PARK, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
