BOOK 3721, PAGE 1331 TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS MAY BE MADE AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17 ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION.INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION.

Shepard, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before January 7, 2013, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
