NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-006483 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, HENRY VAN PETTEN V, et. al., are Defendants, clerk of courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January, 2013 the following described property:
LOT 15 and 16, block 2, revised map of sunshine park, less the south 67 1/2 feet of lot 15 and 16, as per plat thereof, recorded in plat book 10, page 18, of the public records of hillsborough county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
