NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-007052 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER FALTER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 am on the 23rd day of January, 2013 the following described property:
THE EAST 240.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAT 1/4, LESS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHERS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACORSS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, ALL IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
