NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006839 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-24 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-24, is Plaintiff, and VIJOY RAMDIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 635, PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14790, PAGE 622, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
