NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025595 DIV. H of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Lucie R. Elmer, A/K/A Lucille R. Elmer; Unknown Spouse of Lucie R. Elmer, N/K/A Peter Elmer; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc..; Beachwalk at Tampa Bay Condominium Association, Inc.; John Doe, N/K/A Jacob Varghese; and Jane Doe, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 24, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 14-203, BLDG 8 BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14953, PAGE 1630, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
