NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-014888 DIV. B of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Fontana; John Fontana; Unknown Spouse of John Fantana; Unknown Spouse of Joseph Fontana, n/k/a Dorren Fontana; Unknown Tenant(s), n/k/a Toni Stella; and Lake Chase Condominium Association, Inc.,, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on January 17, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 9638, Building 28, Lake Chase Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Plat Book 14750, Page 34, as amended from time to time of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
