NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-003177 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and John S. Sisco, Stephanie S. Sisco, Esprit Neighborhood Association, Inc., Hunter's Green Community Association, Inc., KME Properties, Inc. f/k/a Citizens Mortgage Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Sam Delgado, Tenant #2 n/k/a Kellie Delgado, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
