NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-03024, DIVISION F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M2, is the Plaintiff and RICARDO ERNESTO SMITH; VERONICA SMITH; TENANT #1 NKA JOAQUINN BONSERIO; TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 47 OF JOHN H. DREWS FIRST EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
