NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 5, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-025122 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GQ HOLDINGS 1329, LLC, is the Plaintiff and RONALD MACK; JASON SMALLS; BALINDA J. MACK; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; CITY OF TAMPA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURTS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TENANT #1 NKA TERESA NORTON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 6 IN BLOCK 2 AND NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, CRILLY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 ON PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
