NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor of Country Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 27th day of November, 2012, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 51, Block 1, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT TWO B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 49 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. and improvements thereon, located at 4701 Breeze Avenue, Plant City, Florida 33566 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
