NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000555 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein LINDA S. SANTJER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES A. SANTJER TRUCKING DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION TRUST was the Plaintiff and KELLY E. BOND AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY E. BOND, were the Defendants. The Clerk (Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County) will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1065, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED BROWER AVENUE ABUTTING THERETO, GORE'S ADDITION TO RUSKIN, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF THE SALE
