NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-007641 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-31 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-31, Plaintiff, and, AHMED ABDEL-SHAFY A/K/A AHMED ABDELSHAFY A/K/A AHMED M. ABDELSHAFY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22ND day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
LOT 79, BLOCK 8, PARKWAY CENTER SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 96-103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
