NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-002823 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR41, is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL DIMARE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGUEL DIMARE N/K/A ANGELICA DIAZ N/K/A ANGELICA DIAZ; THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KIM CALVIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 610, BUILDING 6, OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
